We offer the following Physical Therapy Services

Manual Therapy: to decrease pain, muscle spasms, improve joint mechanics by using specialized training in - muscle energy techniques, strain counter strain, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, soft tissue massage, and functional dry needling.

• Therapeutic Exercises: to correct muscle imbalances, gain in strength and control, improve endurance and flexibility. Programs are customized to meet the goals of the patient and the physical therapist.

Neuromusclular re-education: to improve muscle function and motor control after pain or injury utilizing neuromuscular stimulation and corrective and proprioceptive exercises

Gait and balance training: to ensure correct gait mechanics, assess needs for assitive devices and train for safe and efficient walking. For athletes we want to improve balance and mechanics to reduce risk of re-injury when returning to sport.

• Traction: to decompress the spine that can lead to back pain and nerve impingment, including mechanical cervical and lumbar as well as an inversion table.

• Orthotic assessment and fabrication: we provide semi - custom orthotic fabrication which gives the patient a more affordable option without the wait.

• Modalities: to help with pain reduction and reduce inflammation including electric stimulation, ultrasound, infared light, iontophoresis and taping (Kinisiotape and Leukotape).

• Fuctional Movement Screen: Screening tool that looks at mobility, motor control and stability problems that is used for determining criteria for return to sport and injury risk.
